    16.4 @88mph. I couldn't launch the car right, either I bogged or spun 1st gear. the car should easily run 15s, but oh well. After i make some changes ill take it back.

    Hey, how did you get that shifter and overdrive adapted?

    I have a 98 corolla LE and I'd like to do the same thing on my car, but I can't find any companies that supply that sort of thing.

    He said he just added a switch somewhere else. When I did that to mine, I just left the o/d wires disconnected so that it was never off. I never used the button anyway.

    i connected mine with a switch but like gold i never use it so maybe it was a waste of time to connect those wires afterwards...:confused:

    You just take the wires out and connect them to a switch. I did that years ago
