    Sheehan Arrested!

Good.....psycho woman deserves to spend some time in jail.

She was arrested outside of the white house, protesting against the war. She refused to move from her position, which is against the law, and she was arrested along with a group of other people.

lol..i just read that. I think she got her point across but just to stake out the white house to deliever a letter? does she honestly think Bush is gonna come out of the white house with open arms to accept her letter? WTF?! I understand what she's trying to do but if it didn't work the first time, then why keep trying?!

hot damn! this made my Monday!

I'm sorry but she and her little groupies are a bunch of idiots. If you have a child that has decided to join the military or you yourself have joined the military - you should be signing up with the expectation that you very well might be going to war and yes, even dying in said war. The fact that she turned her sons death into this crusade against war is stupid.

Her son joined the military - the MIL-I-TAR-Y! they go to WAR! thats their JOB! hehe *shakes head* I wish I could come face to face with her, I'd slap her.

I think she's taking it too far. I'm against this whole war thing....AH! Don't jump me I support the troops, just not the current plan of action...Either way, she got her point across now, like you said she's making a mockery out of her sons life. So much to resting in peace.

i'd have to say as well that I fully support the troops, but I don't fully support the actions of our government in the whole Iraq thing, however --- it doesnt mean that I'm going to make an ass of myself in saying so.

    As for Cindy Psycho...

Does she have every right to protest?
YES, its america and you're free to do what you want.

Does she have every right to act like a complete idiot while doing it?
YES, its america and you're free to do what you want.

However, being a free country, this means I can point my finger at her and go ' you're an idiot ' and laugh as well. You're correct, she is making a mockery of her sons life - for all intent and purposes she is throwing a tantrum because her son was killed because he chose to join the military which is subject to command of the government and can go to war anytime that the current chain of command makes the decision to do so. (holy run on sentence batman!)

So in short, I still stand by my reason that I personally think she's a f!ckin idiot for getting her panties in a wad because her son died while doing his *job* which *he chose* to do (and i would assume) knowing that he could possibly go to war. ANY time you sign the dotted line to join up to the military you're subjecting yourself to a chain of command which could command you to march into a battle zone. If you don't fully understand that, even after taking the oath which PLAINLY states that you swear to defend against enemies both foreign and domestic as well as follow your chain of command, then you have NO business in the military - PERIOD.

On a side subject along with that - nothing pisses me off more than troops that go on tours (not just Iraq) and bitch about having to do so. My message to those individuals:

' SCREW YOU! --- what did you think, it was like welfare? you sign up, do nothing and get money? Sorry cheif, go walk into a mine field would ya? '

Nothing pisses me off more than people who bitch about having to do their job that they chose to do, sit down, shut up and have a coke mother f!cker.

Had a kid in one of my freshman composition classes that was "fighting the government" because he signed up for the marines *during the Iraq war* and didn't wanna go to war. What was he using as his key point? "They never said I would be shipped out" To quote Carlos Mencia "DEEE DEEEEEE DEEEEEE!" Wow, when they were handing out common sense this kid was playing mario carts.

*no offesne to mario cart lovers...I'm positive the majority of you have common sense*

I agree. I didn't bitch when I had to go. Choked back tears? YOU BET! lol but I went and did my sh!t anyway. When people bitch to me that they hated going to U.A.E, and that it was so hot and miserable there in their bunk beds and bathrooms... Bitch! I was in Bagdhad! We went in port-a-jons or sometimes peed in little tubes. We slept in tents(with our weapoins. the U.A.E guys didn't have any), but some people slept in the palace. (Sounds nice, but in the desert, all shot up with no a/c its miserable trust me) :) Mortars would explode outside the base and I'm not kidding it tingle your teeth and you felt it in your chest. But you know what? It was a one-of-a-kind experience, I tell you what. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Something that scary and "at the tip of the sword" really makes one feel part of something. To see these people and children and observe how they live their lives with the fear they had from this one man, and the happieness they had from us coming in...I can't even begin...

If my mother did that after I died.....I would haunt the crap out of her forever I swear. :)

I knew what I was signing up for. Even though the Air Force has less of a chance than the Army or Marines, we all can go.

How is being an idiot and making a mockery of her son and every other U.S. Serviceman/woman admirable? Wayne Brady needs to choke that bitch.

Exactly! Thats what really bothers me. Thats like someones mother going ballistic when her police officer son is shot and dies in the line of duty. You sign up for it you accept the risk.
