My room mate with an intergra saw that there is some vinyl stuff they can put on their clocks (on the inside i guess) that is transparentish so that you can change the color. I have an all red thing going on and the green from the clock kinda stands out like midget in a basketball game. I really wanna change the green to red, but I don't know if this approach will work....

any one tried it? or is it even possible?

Take out the clock, open it and put a piece of red cellophane in between the LED display and the Cover. Close it up and you now have red. It'll be dimmer, but still good enough. I did this on my 98 corolla when I had it.

i think that is the only green thing i have in my car since everything else is red.

Yeah its really annoying...I kinda just wanna smash it on the ground and stomp on it and then light the pieces on fire....whoa....calm down. Sorry, but I really hate the green.

Statik once told me on the other boards that he used something called rubylith. He even had a reason for it, but I forget what it was...
