haha. gas is 5 cents in iraq so i've heard.gas prices a skyrocketing. yesterday they were at 2.51 and today they rose up to 2.70 for regular. shit this sucks. To make matters worse it has been hot as hell lately. We have been hovering around 100 to 112 degrees lately so it has been shit down here. and the heat index jumps from 109 to 120 so yeah it sucks. High gas prices and heat don't make for a good combination. turns out my mom had another fan added to the accord so the A/C could cool down better as well as the engine itself. so now it has three fans on it.

Actually, I drive an Integra It gets 29~31mpg :|

eh I wish I could say that about my Corolla lol right now I'm probably getting like 20-22 mpg, it's ridiculous and I dk what else to do about it I've tried just about anything.... except the sea foam thing cause I haven't had time.

well texas gas prices .com has it pretty much nailed and the last 36 hour thing it not excatly true but they are close.

money saved is best and having to pay less means a bit more change in your pocket.

I went out on my lunch break to check for gas and a smal handful of stations (3 that I found) hadn't raised their prices yet, so I filled up there and waited in line, wasted my lunch break getting gas!

yeah i heard about that yesterday and this morning while reading about it on AOL a little while ago. it will help but will it be enough? i sure hope so even if they lower just 3 to 5 cents would be great.

it's still $2.54 a gallon here. i filled up monday morning fearing it would skyrocket, and because i was on fumes

well, nevermind. it was $2.54 this morning...this afternoon it is now $3.09. thats a 55 cent increase. thats insane

haha theres one HESS station around that was 2.66 this afternoon, everywhere else was up at least around $2.90 Went to the mall and there was a line at every HESS pump, came back 2 hrs later and passed it, still a line. 87 is going to be $3 VERY soon here.

(Tulsa, Ok) I went to work this morning at 5am and gas was 2.79 and as of right now, gas is at $2.89

I saw that same clip yesterday morning when I was watching the news. That is very heart felt. I don't think I'm not moving any further south than what I am now. Maybe to Atlanta, but that is about as far as I'm going.

i cant really think of a single safe place to live in the US....the great plains area is plagued with thunderstorms and tornados, the northeast has blizzards and frigid winters (and its much more expensive compared to here), the south gets hurricanes every year, wyoming is just one huge volcano so every state around it is doomed, seattle sees rain all the time, the pacific coast gets earthquakes, hawaii fears tsunamis and other tropical storms, alaska is just alaska....

Gas jumped 15 cents with in 45 min. this afternoon. It was 2.80 at the "cheap" station as opposed to 2.65 when I drove by it earlier.

u guys have it easy already, in NY, i paid $3.89 for regular 87 octane gas, it costed me $41 to fill up

just went out for food, everyone getting outa work was getting gas, 15-20 people at a station

Just think of a city thousands of miles away from anything at -50 below zero and electricity goes out for 4 weeks. We get some heavy earthquakes, but the thing is there isn't much population spanning out across the state. Alaska has the most number of active volcanoes than anywhere else. There's the population factor again, not many people around these things...

Anyways, yeah it's sad what these people go through. Same thing with the tsunami in asia. It's a sad part of life.
