Yah, MSN works perfectly for me, everyone I care to talk to is on MSN, and the Google Talk is missing alot of features that MSN, AIM, etc. all have... im disapointed, im still going to try it out...

I hope so, but even for a beta release, it doesn't seem up to the quality of late of google products and services, im still dissapointed... hopefully it gets better though...

it should... remember the original release of g-mail... 1 gig of space sending e-mail didn't exactly work all the time... and forget about forwarding... that got fixxed right away tho...

True enough, well, i wouldt sa 1gig of email was bad though (they could have stayed at 1 gig and i'd be happy), but you're right about everything else... we'll just have to wait and see! I tried installing it at work, but it can't connect to the server, damn firewall!

Too many IM programs? Try Trillian! It encompases AIM, IRC, MSN, ICQ, and Yahoo. I love it. :) One window for all of my contacts. The best part is only you need to get it. Everyone else sees you as online with whatever program you're usin. I hope they incorporate the GTalk thing into it soon. :)

Trillian also uses the open source protocol called Jabber, which Google Talk uses, so im sure in the near future, Trillian will have support for Google Talk also since it would seem to be quie easy to incorporate. I tried using Trillian a few times, I just don't like it...
