well I pretty good for him cause now he has a semi-new reliable car. I'd be happy also If I had a car newer then a 2000 model.

for that $$$ i wuda gotten an older civic swapped in a b18 and ran the streets...but i guess reliability is an issue, cant beat a civic when it comes to that (unless its a corolla)

A b18 can be reliable to and not to mention the power that comes out of those.

how dare he! j/k he will soon regret it.I personally will never buy a HONDA again. i don't care what other say about it but the one we have right now has wound up in the shop more than our driveway.and tomorrow its headed to the dealer, again. I'd rather have the engine give out than the tranny in any car. why because in some cases its cheaper to fix and replace.

hehe.....well yea guys, i did purchase a 2002 4dr Honda Civic LX auto...its the same color as was my corolla....and yea its a non-vtec unfortunately....but thats okay....the car had 19k miles and they lowered their asking price from $14k to $11k for us....its a nice little car, and has some pretty reasonable power i must say....but i already miss my corolla....i sat in it before we left to go to the dealership and then sat in my corolla again after we got home and it was like bringing back memories....but thats okay, i mean at least i can say that i had a good experience with toyota's especially corollas since i bought my corolla with 97k miles about 2.5 years ago and put nothing but hard hard miles on it up until 176k where i basically killed the engine....well i can say that im not gonna drive the civic like i did the corolla...they had some EX model civics but they had way too much mileage on it...so i was stuck with either an LX or DX....all their DX models were too expensive and they didnt negotiate that much with them and the ones that they did were the ones that i didnt like.....so down to the LX models...only two LX models were negotiable and both had low miles...one had a sunroof and the other one didnt....the one with a sunroof was only $10k but it looked like someone rode a guard rail down the side of the car...so yup, i got this one without the sunroof.....ill probably keep it for at least 2-3 years until i get through college then im gonna look into some high-end cars....but come on guys, i still have the corolla......im suppose to sell it........for $400.....anyone????

sweet, cadetlee.....yea spread the word to the doc or anyone else you kno that wants the car.....my dad just told me to get rid of it....if i dont sell it, then he's gonna tow it to get it junked so i really want to see this car in much better hands.....

i was thinkin bout that......they had plenty of 98-00 rollas but in all honesty, i really dont like those front ends and i wasnt bout to go on with a front end conversion....i would want to buy it already with an 01-02 front....i like the 01-02's but those were pretty hard to come by in good condition and reasonable mileage here in tulsa.....same goes for an 03..i wasnt gonna get anything above an 04 tho no matter what car i got so i wouldve been stuck with only a limited choice of 01-03 for the corollas......i went lookin around for another 93-97 rolla.....man, i had NO CLUE how hard it was to find a 93-97 with these three things: tilt steering, power windows, and overdrive.....then after all that, its hard to find one thats in decent condition...and all of them have extremely high miles....the only one that even came close was a 96 or 97 rolla, fully loaded with a sunroof and everything.....only thing with that car was it looked like they were having some type of world wrestling federation match on top of the hood and caved in the hood, lol.....and the front bumper looked like it took out a mailbox or something too....i dunno, maybe tulsa just tends to buy sh*tty cars for consumers or something....

yeah i see what you mean. it took me 3 months to get my 01 S and found two at seperate dealerships, mine was 10,700 with 32K and the typical S options and trim and i found an 02 CE standard with 18K miles but the price was 13K and i did not really have any money at that time and didn't really like the fact that it was basic so i went for the 01 S.But now i am looking into another used Rolla 01-02 S and the Tundra and Avalon but those two will come after i get back from Cali. besides that its hard as hell to find any rolla nonetheless.

i want to get rid of mine but i have invested too much into it from top to bottom and front to back so i still don't know yet.

Its got potential I suppose. I do notice that the front bumper looks like a different shade from the rest of the body. Maybe a front end collision or just the pic. LOL I guess I got no competition here in Tulsa now that your not keeping your rolla and our other friend is decided not to do any performance things to his car anymore cause he got a mustang.
