So guys, I will be going to the F1 grandprix happening on June 10th in Montreal. I thought why not customize a shirt with some F1 stuff to wear it there. Here's what I have come up with so far, letme know what you think and ideas are welcomed.
    Front
    [IMG]
It basically has your F1 logo and the evolution of F1 cars between 1950 - 2004. I think Ill just leave the F1 logo up front, makes the front look a little crowded.

    Back
    [IMG]
This has the montreal track layout and a F1 sillihoutte. I think I can move the F1 sillihoutte under the F1 logo up front and just have the montreal track in the back, suggestions?

Another idea I came across was an F1 steering wheel pic. I dont wanna put any names or brands since im no die hard fan of any one team or driver.

I agree, it's too busy with the cars on the front, and even on the back. No matter what, it won't have a red border, right? I think simpler is better (ie don't have "Montreal Canada" and "Formula 1" on there, kinda redundant).

Yea i think ill take the cars out, so def F1 logo up front. Yea there border is just to show where the images would go, wont show up on the shirt. I want the f1 up front and montreal in the back cause F1 consists of many races all around the world and I want the race that I went to personally so montreal in the back looks nice especially with the track layout since it ties in the any form of car racing.

Right, but won't the Montreal Canada part be really obvious to everyone? Especially if you have the specific track layout?

I'd do just the black/white/red logo on the front, and the track on the back, with the track oriented vertically and the Montreal Canada part centered over top (or bottom).

Nah its not really obvious, I mean there are over 20 races in an F1 season and for someone to remember what the track layout for each race is, is pretty hard lol. So yea I think ill do F1 front, and track in the back, i like the way it is right now.

But all the people at the race are going to know their own track and their own location lol.

Well its not just for that one specific day lol. Im not getting a custom shirt to wear for a day and then to throw it away. I will wear it around after and just memory wise it would be nice to know Iwent to the 2012 Montreal grand prix, you know what i mean

OH... so that makes sense! Well then, you do need to put the place on there. Here I am thinking why would you want to make a shirt that's only good for one track lol. I'm thinking you should only have the logo on there and nothing else. But nevermind, that makes sense now.

yea im not making it for one exclusive track lol. It will be worn over and over, maybe this might be the only F1 race I ever go to so just to have it as a memory/souvenir I guess

    Got it done today!!
So wierd thing happened today, first I forgot to take the images on my usb so had to call the wife to email it to me real quick. I get there and ask the guy if i can log in and get them off my email. I do that but then my wife forgot to send me the pic of the track. I did a quick google and get it off the web. This is what it looked like
    [IMG]

I was in sort of a rush and completely missed the watermark inside and the lil wavy lines but did catch the copyright on the bottom right so had that one cut out. When he printed it I noticed it and was like oh man I completely overlooked the watermark and stuff. The thing is its so light and is barely noticable but I was just being since im about to spend $25 on a custom shirt and its not to my liking. The guy noticed that i wasnt too happy with it and goes, how about you keep the shirt for $5! Im like haaaa???? are you serious, hes like yea if you dont want the shirt, well keep it here and most likely, no one is going to buy it so its our loss, cause I could have been like can you print me another shirt and ill give you a different image to work with. So they figured might as well take a loss on this than have another one printed so i was like sure lol. Front came out real nice, back is nice as well other than that lil watermark but cant beat all that for $5!! lol
