yeah, I don't like chicken wire, I'll paint it black like I always do..... or probably just remove it completely now that I think about it.

Here's a link to the rear bumper
    http://www.chargespeedusa.com/#/item/lexus_is-300_rear_bumper_without_carbon_diffuser/

And for the tail lights, I might get these, or the same ones with all chrome.

That's not what the bumper actually looks like... you saw it in the earlier pics last page.

I'd like it more if it didn't have those fins and was smooth
I take it the bumper will be blue and the bottom part will be black?
Make it flat black and a really deep black

Yeah, the white car is what I'm going for.

Oh, and with the tail lights, either way, I'm gonna cut them open and paint them gunmetal inside, and if I get the chrome ones (they'll be painted gunmetal), I'm gonna make the LEDs red, so it'll resemble the stock lights.

I agree.... when it comes in, I might look to shave the fins.

That picture for the bumper dosent do it any justice.. looks ricey as hell and as far as the tail lights gold, either one looks good as long as if you get the chromes ones you paint them.

Yeah, I'm not sure why they make their own parts look so hideous LOL. It's got the optional (another $800 or so) carbon-fiber diffuser underneath. I figure I'll leave the fins for now, since I can always shave them later if they don't look right.

And either way, the tail lights will be darkened inside. Not not sure if I want the entire upper part red or not.... I might just get the clear ones, since I can always paint red later.

Let me guess, because they have a hole in them? Well I don't like them either because of the hole.

This looks like EM2 taillights, not fitting for a Lexus or Toyota even.

Yeah, I knew exactly what you meant when you said EM2, but that's not what I was thinking of lol. I see the horseshoe thing, but it's on the bottom instead of top, and the middle of my lights would still light up with the brake.

Porsche? Really? Well, I guess that's a good thing LOL.

Though the tail lights do remind me of something.... not sure though. I think it looks sick and really compliments the lines of the rear end.

I did have some fun with configurations of the LEDs... made it look like a few different cars lol. This layout seems the most neutral. But what I'm gonna do is wire those "horseshoes" separately from the filler LEDs inside the horseshoe so that I can change it up later if I don't like it (so that the entire thing lights up bright and dim).

lol, well then I guess pretty much any tail lights could look like mine if you look hard enough!

The car I really want to AVOID imitating: The Ford Fusion.

    Enough Fords and Chryslers.

I still can't make up my mind about the tail lights. I just can't see the all-red looking good on this color. It clashes, especially with the rest of the car having no color (except the centercaps LOL).

So I put together some better photoshops showing the all red, all clear, or stock. The all clear and stock are just a sample, as I'll still use the LED tail lights, just either with those all clear, all red, or stock-like (a horseshoe red section instead of a circle).
