Why do the lights not fit? Well, let's see, probably because it is a completely different car made for a different country! I'm not sure how to be specific, but the shape is different in every single way, and the mounting is completely different.

And I made the second lights... DIY here.

Yeah they are completely different. If you look at the pictures on your blog, you will notice that the 8 gen (98-00 USA version) has lights very similar to yours... but the 7th gen lights won't fit at all, unless you want to swap the 7th gen front end and make custom fenders.

    Thanks Man'
It seems the 8th Gen will fit mine.
but I think I will try and mod a pair of lights like yours as I have two sets.

Where would I find the projector part?
What do you use to clean the inside of that casing?
How did you mount the projector? It seems heavy.

Did you see my link? You can clean the inside with water and a microfiber cloth. The projector is held up wither by JB Weld or bolts. I buy all my HID stuff from theretrofitsource.com. The links are on the page:

    AHOY!!!!

    IM BACK!!!!

So I took a year and a couple of days, but whats that when time flies, 2012 was the fastest year I have had in my experience,

The wind was pumping my sails like crazy.

Actually only got properly connected in April last year and then the work mother load fell on me. We are still running straight throught from last year non stop.

    So all are Well here???
Gold loving the mods on the IS, but what are those things under the pic, spare parts?
    cBass, that bodykit is rocking

To get back to my Project:
I have installed some BC Coilovers (Fully Ast) and had a small ding-bing-bang. Waiting to go to the panel replacers this week, just awaiting on Toyota for Parts.

    Keep Well

Interesting... I installed BC coilovers and immediately crashed into a barrier as well!

The parts in the sig are not spares, but parts installed. So for example, you can put the coilover picture in your sig. And find/make a silhouette of your favorite animal and put it there lol.

I do not know if I should laugh or be scared that I have done the instalation then.

Mine had some really bad factors though, like Really WET road, a sharp turn at night and possibly some oil or diesel on the road. Did a 360 on the highway as the back slid out after I tried to control it in the bend and speed was not excessive.
Could it be the BC's fualt?!

Team Ramrod? You refering to crashing a car right? ;)

And there I thought you think you are australian...
Love the suspension sway bars, will be getting as soon as stock arrives in SA from Ultra Racing

No, it's not the BC's fault, you just went into the sharp turn too quickly lol. You aren't even RWD.
