DO NOT TAKE OFF YOUR DOOR MOLDINGS. you will get billions of door dings. talking from personal experience here. even hummer went out and looked for molding for his car cuz he kept getting dinged.

I say leave the grille... it might look kinda weird in black since the black won't really tie to anything. But if you go black, definitely a flatish black because that will not appear as dark and gaping.

Don't even bother arguing with these guys about "JDM" look, half of them think stickers make their cars JDM, and the other half think ebay knock offs or look alike's are JDM. Sad fact is %90 of people here don't even know what legitimate JDM is, they brainwash themselves into thinking they're version is the real deal as long as it is kool to them. They need to take a OEM/JDM lesson from Sharpshooter, JspeXAE102 and Jordan of just a few people I can think of. JDM is NOT what you choose it to be.

Finally someone says it. Some Honda kid tried asking if I was JDM because I stickerbombed my broadway mirror. I was like"I didn't know the Japanese car industry invented stickers."

I think they are just blue bulbs... I don't think those flash amber. They make clear bulbs that flash amber but I don't think it's the same with blue. Let's see what he says.

It's illegal everywhere unless your in a poverty stricken crap hole where there are no ambulances. State law in most places is you have to have red or orange turn signals. Only emergency response units are allowed to and do have white or blue turn signals.

they are just blue tinted but they flash white (like that xenon-y color). I used to have blue caps on my old ones but they looked greenish when they lit up.

I would paint the vertical bars in the bottom opening too. Not a big fan of the plate on the side, mostly because you still have the holes there. But I have mine too lol

Don't do the housings yourself unless you buy the blacked out corners as well. I've never heard of someone else having success with the corners. Always pops back open.

props on using the black primer, that came out VERY nice, I love it. And the license plate looks better down there (that's where I had it on my 8th gen convertion). I agree that the vertical bars should be painted primer and the lip should be white to match the lines of the side skirts. Should be easy to do, considering all the work you did for the grille lol.

Finally had time to install a AEM intake cone filter I got for free at work haha. Also added a 90 degree tube where I attached the sensors to. I left the bottom half of the stock air box so I can replace it whenever I get a smog test. haha 100_6188.JPG 100_6190.JPG
