It was cool and it still is, but I think if you black it out, and put the yellow vinyl on your fogs. I think that would look mean as hell if it was all black in the front with the yellow fogs.

hmmmm i guess i might be doing some painting on that piece then. im not too sure about the fogs though, you think they would look good with the black headlights and red rims or it wouldnt really matter? someone please photoshop the yellow fogs and black trim piece please lol.

Don't do the yellow tint... your gonna have a color clash. I know alot of the guys on here want theyre cars to look like circus wagons with all the stickers, decals, colored wheels, and odd paint jobs, but that dosent mean you should conform. You did the stuff you did to your car because its what you like otherwise you wouldent have done it. You got the red trim to match the wheels and the clear fogs to match the head lights. Leave it as is, though it wouldent look bad at all if you painted the trim black, maybe get rid of the eye lids.

thanks chris! i like the black trim, the fogs look good though but I think it will look so different from the rest of the car with the yellow tint. On the fence about the eyelids.

I still like the yellow fogs, but I think it would clash knowing you have red rims, as stated above. Yould always do red fogs lol :)

lol, red fogs. Well that would be different.... and so illegal lol.

Roach, take a pic from the corner angle so I can photoshop the mods with your rims in the pic. I should try and blackout the fogs as well.

As for the eyelids, I'm thinking that they don't really flow with the lines of the car. You see how the grille meets the hood.. well maybe make the eyelids so that they meet that line. Sort of like what I did with my eyelids.

this is the only recent one i got right now...plate still there and oem grill. Gonna try to remember to take one in the morning before work. I'm like 60/40 right now on taking eyelids off haha. and the yellow fogs might look better in the winter when i go to my black/silver rims. Might change the look between seasons.

Not really something with bad style is rice or riced out you should know almost every is300 or should I say Lexus has yellow fogs shit even some es300's came with yellow fogs on the lens ... Jdm look would mean having what tuner cars in japan have And that's one of them

yes, the IS300 in USA has yellow fogs. They are yellow on the inside, not simply ugly yellow lens. However, the JDM model (Altezza) has clear fogs!! Not yellow!! lolzzzz

IMO, yellow fogs belong on cars that come with yellow fogs from the factory. Like mine. But I'd never put yellow fogs on the Corolla because that is not OEM style.

"JDM style" is definitely rice. Simply "JDM" isn't gonna be rice right off because that is actually OEM as well (in Japan). But yellow tinted fog lights aren't OEM anywhere lol.

Well I'm not going to argue with you no more seems like you won't understand where I'm coming from ... But I bet if it was a Toyota with a fast motor running good and had yellow fogs it wouldn't matter but since it's a stock 1zz corolla and not a awd 3sgte swapped corolla it's rice ... Go figure I guess your corolla was super riced out because nothing on it was oem

    lol@ this thread!

My only "arguement" was that the term "JDM style" implies rice. Now, if you are to put yellow or black fogs on your car, that's perfectly fine. Just don't do it because it's "JDM style" (because that makes it sound like rice), do it because you think it looks clean on your car. Call it your own style! That's what I did with my car. I am not putting down other people's cars or opinions down. There is certainly no need for hate! :)

I agree, don't go for JDM style, do your own thing.
but I got yellow fogs because I like the IS300 look.
Plus it looks good at night.

    400. rims are like new. Had some curb rash but they were all sanded down and freshly powdercoated and glossed. You've seen them on my car. OR throw me some prices.

haha yeah I was thinking flat black or just black primer too. As for the door liner, does it come off just as smooth as the badges I removed on the trunk? like any holes or anything?
