Are you keeping it primer? Or are you going to paint it?

Hell no. I am painting it. I still have to shave the front doors, and do the rest of the body work. I think i am going to do the air bags first. I still dont know what i am doing first.

Good to hear. Whenever I see cars on the road with primer I always think they've run out of money and/or got too lazy to finish painting it [IMG]

Here's some latest photos of my car. The first one was taken in the weekend and the other two were taken today:

Haha, I'd probably end up hydrolocking my engine if I went into the water so rust would be the least of my worries [IMG]

Took some new interior photos today as the last shots I took were back in February, and a few things have changed since then:

Those motors don't have enough power to suck up water into the motor, hehe you have nothing to worry about.

Hydrolocking? In that tiny puddle? I guess you didn't hear about the flash flood that happened on my way to work, where the water came up in the city knee deep. I had a cold-air intake and everything. It was under water lol. I ended up going over this manhole which was shooting water up in the air and it completely drowned the car from the bottom and stalled it right in the 2' water. It came into the car when I opened the door of course.

And 7 hours later, it finally started and drove away.

And 7 month later, a rod shot through the block and that was that.

Lol, I was kidding about the hydrolocking, but I wouldn't even want to risk it. Haha, I would have been shitting myself if that happened. It was bad enough after I had washed my car one day and heard the pod filter suck up the water that was resting on the outside of the filter [IMG]

Decided to take my Corolla for a few photos at an underground parking lot today. Then when I got home I noticed that the tide was in across the road from my place, so zapped over there and took a quick photo there too :)

I can't believe you live there. And you left the visor down again. :):)
The fog lights make a huge (in a positive way) difference.

Haha, I left the visor down purposely yesterday. When I went to get out of the car I noticed that it was down and thought "nah, leave it that way and see if he notices" [IMG]. It'll be my new trademark ;)

Yeah those fog lights definitely make a difference. Do you mean that they make a difference to the way the car looks? Or that they make a difference when they're turned on in the photos?

Both. They look sweet when they're turned on, and they add some eye candy to the photos, I like that they are slightly overexposed in the pics, I like it. And every time I see the sun shade down, I shall point it out. :)

Oh ok cool. I always try to turn the fog lights on when taking photos. I had them on in that last shot too but the sun was shining right on them so they're hard to see. I used to always use them when driving, just for the hell of it, but the cops here are clamping down on people who use them in non-foggy conditions

Yeah, it's ridiculous. They reckon that they produce glare that stuns people for a few seconds. Pfft, they're so low to the ground that I can't see how they would produce glare, unless they were aimed incorrectly. My fog lights have an opaque sort of glass too, so they're far less dangerous than most fog lights out there. Hell, headlights would be far more dangerous in my opinion, especially the HIDs that all the ricers seem to have running day and night. I like to use my fog lights when it's cloudy/rainy as I honestly believe that it makes my car more visible to other road users, but according to the police "they don't make your car any more visible". Just another way to gather revenue if you ask me, and at $150 a pop I don't feel like taking that risk :(

If they say they don't make your car that much more visible, then how the fuck do they stun people?

My thoughts exactly! The people who make these laws are fucked in the head

Found out yesterday that my Corolla has made 'Showoff of the Week' on CarDomain this week, which was very cool to hear ;D.

    Here's the link: http://www.cardomain.com/sotw

In other news, my spare roof-mounted Air Purifier arrived from the Philippines today. I bought it just for the plastic filter cover because the one I have currently installed was missing that piece. Planning on keeping the rest of the unit for spare parts in case I ever need it. Here's some pics of my air purifier now 100% complete:
