This is in the same state that earlier this week had a measure on the ballot to legalize marijuana.

This sort of stupid stuff just blows my mind, we certainly don't need more legislation, people just need to use they brains/common sense.

I bet all the children in San Francisco like having their "new mommy" to decide what they can and can't eat.
