    Stock Speakers Dead..recommendations

So I just found out my driver side speaker blew and I'm looking to purchase some new speakers for the front doors since I do a lot of long distance driving in my corolla.

Any recommendations? I want something that gives a little bit more bass since the stock speakers produces quite a lot of treble. Also I am running on a Pioneer DEH-2500 aftermarket deck that produces 22 watts RMS/50 peak x 4 channels (got it 5 years ago).

I'm confused about the RMS on the speakers because the power range on a lot of speakers range from 2-30 watts but some like alpine, kicker, and polk audio range from 2-80 watts or 6-50watts... and I'm assuming my pioneer deck produces only 22watts rms? would I benefit getting a speaker with higher rms?

currently looking at the following models:

    Alpine SPS-600

    Polk Audio db651s

    Kicker 07DS600

Open to any comments and info , thanks!

have a play with the deck, and enjoy your subtle bass xD
My deck also has 22watt rms, its fine.

he's asking what RMS stands for, which is constant wattage output, and the MAX WATTS!!!!! ZOMG!!!! is the max wattage pulse it can support before blowing to hell

I usually try to match the RMS and forget about the max wattage

usually alpine speakers are good, but you want bass in the front doors... er, I do not know any 6.5 speakers that make a good bass per se, physics you know.

but those marine certified alpines are a good choice... why? those front door speakers in my car get wet... so I might be getting them (broken plastic)
