I wonder if that car has the galant v6 engines. Some of those come turbo'd I think or was it the i4turbo from the evos.

MG's are fun little cars. Light and engines are as basic as can be.

hahaha bob jane are the run of the mill tyres in australia, bob jane t mart yo :)

It has a v6, not turbo'd however (no point, weighs over 1400kg). Its front wheel drive lol so i guess it can relate to most corollas.

The car is very good as police tend to overlook it, which keeps my mind at ease. Also, not a decibel of road noise from inside the car either, nice and quiet.

And yes, the mg roadsters are as basic as they come, yet so cool and sophisticated! My missus would definitely love to drive round in a convertible ;) haha

    Peace

Not spending a cent on this thing but petrol, oil and coolant. Saving the $$$ for my project car :) the project should be well underway by the end of the year.
    cheers for your replys!

^ I heard from my auto tech teacher that the engines of those cars are strong and easy to work with. I do remember him mentioning the transmission was giving him and other people with the car some problems. apparently the tranny pops out of gear at high rpm while racing around the track.

    Goodluck!

The magna and diamante are the same thing. Does yours have a 3.5L engine in it?
