    I hate kids

So I'm driving up hill on some farm back roads the other day, and I'm up at this one spot were it begins to twist a lot with a bunch of turns and I'm going the speed limit of about 45 MPH, and out of no where 2 kids ages 14-16 come flying down the hill in MY lane! At first I was thinking, wait what? then I slam on my brakes and the kid flys of his long board does a role on the ground and his long board goes rolling into the left side of my bumper while I'm braking and smashes DIRECTLY into my TRD lip... :| Then boom, The guy in the SUV coming down hill sees the whole thing and pulls up to me and says "Give them an ear full." I get out of my car and EXPLODE on the kid, telling him what a fucking moron he is and hes paying for all my shit to get fixed. So I pull the car over to the side of the road cause I'm holding up traffic and check the damage and nothings really broken but my fog light popped out and broke the plastic that holds it in, my lip got torn off, and my bumper is slightly crooked now. Aside from a couple of scratches and a head ache of repairs I decided not to call their parents since there was no real damage.

i would have spoken to the parents to let them know what happened so that they may lecture their kids... who knows, maybe next time, they may not be so lucky...

I would have strangled them and buried them next to the road...

    or
what I would have really done, bitch moan and complain until somebody with insurance came in and gave me the details to sue their stupid ass and fix my car

I would have gotten some money and told there parents or called the cops. Bad driving start young and unless fixed gets worse with age.

I longboard a lot, but i am a bit smarter about it, we usually have a lead car, and 2 way radios on us and in the car so we can spot traffic and not have anything like this happen... I agree with most everyone else you should have gotten information because not only did they hit your car, but what they are doing is illegal in most areas...

I was cured of being a pain in the ass before I started driving, out of 5 accidents I've had in the rolla 4 weren't mine and 1 was I hit somebody from behind that got into my lane and stop @ yellow light... but it was still my fault since I was looking to change lane while she got on mine and stop :p

was there any hidden damage to your car. I got rearended a year ago and didn't go to a body shop beacuse I didn't see any real damage. A few months later I went to have my oil changed and found stress cracks under the car.

This would be a civil issue, not a criminal issue. All a cop would do is make sure that information is exchanged between the two parties.

I would of still spoken to the parents. His mistake could have been deadly. His parents should know what happened to see if they can talk some sense into him so he doesn't do that again. He got lucky this time but he may not be next time, if there is a next time. If that was me, I'd be too scared to even try a stunt like that again.

But if this kid is the rebel type then he may not even care.
