Wow Dr. Tweak they're pretty harsh crowd. Half of the time they don't even discuss about anything related about the thread and when they do they shove it to the ground even if they're obviously wrong. I don't think except for a few on there that they really know how a car works.

Personally I never had any trouble with anyone on that forum. And I'm usually strictly on the Force Induction forum. General is more offtopic than anything else and hybrid and fuel management are more center towards hondas.

yeah stick with the forced induction forum only.... as that one is monitored better.... they can be @$$holes sometimes but they usually answer your question.... just got to make sure you know who is answering you.... they helped me out with a few problems on there

Dr Tweak, have you done some research on what turbo is the best for the 1zz-fe engine? I have a TD04 from a Subaru WRX in my car installed and this turbo seems to be too small. I have been looking at some flow maps but I am no expert, what do you think about a T3 turbo with a 50 or 60 trim?

It would have to be an open timeframe, in other words, you need another car to drive in the meantime.

Pupo, you're right on with the T3 50 or 60, depends on what you want.

Well I practically drive my uncle's Accord so I could talk to him into letting me borrow that car throughout the whole winter and how about if I can give you the car to work with for about 3-4 months? that work?

i'm actually going to move mine up to a GT30R or a GT35R --- more than likely the 30... however the potato is a nice punchy turbo. i currently run the T3 S60 turbo in mine... good turbo.

the TD04 from the WRX is a pretty good match, anything with a larger AR would take too long to spool and mapped out of your poweband. But dont get that turbo either, IHI turbos are crap. Personally I'm intrigued with the Garrett GT series.

actually id probably go for the gt30 as well... forgot the gt28 bolt up to t25 manifolds and i have a t3 manifold....

    http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/products/turbochargers.html
That will show you specs on the GT turbos... gt30's are either t25 style or t3 style with no wastegate... id love to get one but 1300 for a turbo or a little less is a LOT

I would love to put a GT turbo into the kits, but they're WAY too expensive for most people.

Again, you bash us without first hand expierence... We stand buy our customers 100% if there are any problems, all we ask is that they try to work with us to solve them. If after trying, there is no way they are happy. We always give a full refund...

Remember, we are a retail shop, we do not make these kits. If you don't like the kits. By all means, say you don't, but please do not talk trash about our company if you have never delt with us first hand!
