    but yea you might wanna check out these 2 programs, it's full software download, but i have never used it, found it online. just google search the software name and decide which one you want to dl. hope this helps!

    Windows movie maker. Easy, already installed on XP/Vista (don't know about 7), and it makes decent clips. Just make sure you export them to .AVI or they will end up looking like poo.
