    Yeah you can powdercoat just the lip. They just mask off the rest of the wheel just like you would do if you were going to paint it. If your not going with chrome then mask off the wheel yourself and shoot it with some spray enamal. The shit they use on BBQ grills and stuff, its almost as strong as powdercoat. :)

    Wouldn't look near as good as if you used powdercoat. You can do it yourself. My roommate has a kit and we use our oven to do it. :)
