Wow... :) That is pretty good. I started learning Satellite the other day. Not as easy as it sounds.

Those are both great songs. I love so many of their songs that I can't really choose a fav. :)

Hey, Dre, did you check out Pat's original stuff? I like Solitude a lot.

Yeah I like Solitude the best. Sounds like he was classically trained.
I listened to #34 first and I was like "eh ok." Didn't really think it sounded that good.
    Definatley impressed with Solitude.

I haven't heard the dave matthews version yet...
Satellite, thats a fun song to play! It's really not that hard, just have to stretch your hands out a bit. If you learn to play that song with the correct fingers (1st finger 2nd then 4th) stretches like that get alot easier! Come to think of it, that song opened a world for me. Try playing that stretched out riff in different places, pretty soon it will be in your bag of tricks!

:( can't get the ticket search to work at ticketmaster. :(

Statik, yeah, well I've only been playing for 7 months so satellite is a nice little challenge for me. :) Yeah the finger stretch is a lil rough, but its like the first pattern in the Dorian Mode. :) I guess the teach was right, the scales and modes are the thing to really focus on. :)

Oh hell yeah they are. Scales, modes and chord progressions/families are like the raw material for your talent to build with. The more you have the more you can build. I really need to learn more, been slackin' :p
