    Winter tire question

i guess its almost winter up here in Canada and i have to change to steelies with winter tires. Which i have, it has been balanced before and everything. would i have to pay money to balance them and put them on my car again?
it seems like its a waste of 57$ if i can just do it myself

Nope, no need to have it re-balanced. Just make sure the tires are in good condition.

i have a set of general altimax hp on my car and they did ok in the winter but i live in CT usa so its not Canada. but i also have a set of bridgestone ws50 studless snow tires. they are the best money i ever spent on my car. I also have a se of the ws60 the newer ones on my moms sienna and what a diffrenece in traction even in a large vehicle Totally worth the money to get a set. all season are horrible at snow driving

Have never had any problems with all seasons. Majority of stock tires are all seasons.

$57 bucks for just mounting them on your car not even to the wheels and balancing? wow... well then again that's Canadian dollars so how much would that be here? All season tires some are good and some are bad just gotta know what to buy so read reviews/ratings based on brands and models offered.... and winter tires if you want the best traction on snow/ice and such then that's the way to go. Just always remember that you get what you pay for so don't expect great results out of a $40 tire lol
