    biggest loser

    anyone watch this show? they had a girl that weights 476 pounds and i couldn't believe it. realistic weight lost for her if she was on the show the whole time could be 120 pounds and then she would still need to lose another 225. i love this show.

    More motivation due to pressure to produce results. If no one is watching you for ratings, you wouldn't be as motivated to lose. Of course, it wouldn't matter if you have a strong will. I guess that means most people are weak minded. lol

    some people don't have the life or parental lessons to learn about proper diet and exercise. the common theme i see is parents handing down the same bad decisions to their kids.

    it's a game with weight loss as the goal. the two with least about amount of weight loss (percentage wise) will be up to be voted off the show. i was commenting previously about why people probably need to go on a reality show to lose weight.
