    Good day, great news!

Well as some of you may know, i have been having some problems with my car, so today after only getting 3 hours of sleep i drove my car over to a friends house might i add on a REALLY messed up wheel across town... well i arrived at his house and we took a look at the engine and came to the conclusion that the strange noises and low idle were a result of... a LOOSE SPARK PLUG... which was a big relief because as some have been saying the sounds my car was making sounded like a piston slap or rod knock... anyways we tightened the plug up and it ran perfectly with no strange noises or performance issues which really made my day... while i was there we also worked on repairing my tire stud because 2 of them were broken, well we came to find out only one was broken and were actually able to get that bolt off without breaking it, well while working on the damaged stud we had to role the car forward so that we could position the bolt in a way that we could get it out... well i accidently in the process pressed the breaks and brakes closed up leaving no room to put it back onto the rotor so we leaked out some break fluid from the brakes with the engine on until we could open it up enough to get it back on the rotor... was a pain in the ass but very much worth it.

amazingly it was a day where anything that could go right did =] unfortunately my brake light is on now but ehh what ever.

Good to know it was only a loose spark plug. I think someone else had the same problem on the pulstars with it coming loose. Mine havnt yet and have been running great.

Can you use locktite on spark plugs? I wouldn't think so because of the high temp, but it might work. If not what about teflon tape? Same thing about the high temp tho

Brake lite on is typically low brake fluid. Top it off if needed. Did you add more after you bled some out?

Not sure how familiar you are with brakes so ignore me if you know this stuff. Next time use a C-clamp to press the brake caliper cylider back in to fit the rotor. No bleeding needed. Be sure to use proper bleeding technique when you do open a bleeder valve to avoid air in the lines and mushy brakes. If this happens a full bleed is needed and is easy with a friend.
