    TV shows.

Since this part of the forum has not seen any new threads in the past 30 days (o_O)"
What does everyone watch on his/her free time?

During school time, when I wake up I usually watch some news. NBC usually.
10-1 if I get up around that time I usually tune to Discovery channel or the likes watching either Junkyard Wars, Overhaulin', Extreme Machines, etc.
I usually dont watch anything in the afternoon, MAYBE dr.Phil if its about 15y/o preggo issues.
Night time: Friends, House, Smallville, Knight Rider (if they will be showing more stuff), and Heroes (if I can catch up)

    What do you watch?

EDIT: forgot to mention that I also do watch Naruto and Bleach on my comp.

i watch things on Hulu...stuff like The F Word, Ramsay's Kitchen Nighmares, and other BBC shows are nigh impossible to get on regular TV in the states, so Hulu is usually my only source for these shows.

...and the whole no cable/satellite thing sortof hinders any major TV watching. it's amazing what we get done at home...lol.

Simpsons is about it for me. I'm usually too busy with PS3 input on the tv to watch shows.

When the new Fringe seasons starts, that will be it. And perhaps Breaking Bad.

I mostly just watch 24, The Office, and Fringe. I'm psyched about the new season of each of them. :)

I usually don't watch TV. I like watch TV shows on DVD though.
Im really diggin The Big Bang Theory Though. Just the right length to keep my attention.
I like old episodes of Law and Order too--The original.

I have this thing of when I watch TV shows, I need to watch the entire season at once, otherwise I go crazy. So for the Office, I won't watch until it comes out on DVD.

I used to watch South Park and The Daily Show pretty regularly, but now its usually something just in passing, maybe the news, but with Twitter and the Internet, the TV news almost seems slow

Question on that^ did you mean you dont have cable/satellite? I got one of those free Dtv coupons and since the TV i have in the room does not have cable I hooked it up.

Very nice signal and crystal clear reception, not to mention the extra channels. I bet this would look good on a widescreen TV.

I hear that 'I survived a japanese game show' show is back. The first one sucked really bad, anybody watch #2 to see if it's any better? I know 'the hole' was an incredibly lousy ripoff of human tetris too. I haven't seen anything on tv worth watching in quite some time :(

AOTS, lots o' Discovery Channel, military channel, science channel, etc. I just got a new 42 incher so I've been watching the HD channels like a mad man. the wify and I love Big Bang Theory, but my favorite show of all time is coming back on the 20th... Three Sheets, get this dude goes around the world and gets drunk with his stuffed monkey, tells the history of the culture and its drinking heritage, and in the morning tests their local hangover cures...

yep, we refuse to pay for TV. seems like a needless expense when we watch AT MOST 5 hrs of tv a week. it only really comes in handy when we have houseguests, but we worked around that last weekend with movies and hulu.com. i'd say we save at least $60/mo (that's how much cable used to cost when i lived at home - i don't have a clue now) since we'd be forced to pay for the premium package to get the only channels we would watch. honestly, i wish they'd go a la carte for TV packages - let us pick the 5 or so channels we care to watch, and they'd have us as a customer.

i have a digital antenna hooked up to my TV, and it serves our needs. we get BBC News on one of the public tv stations, and Family Guy/Simpsons on the local CW station.

I absolutely see no fun at all on Nascar... It'd be fun to drive one to see what it's like but I truly don't see anything special about going left for 500 turns lol.... My hat off to them endurance wise but then again LeMans drivers kick their butts!
