    S/C or Turbo?

So I have a 2005 Celica GT-S and am debating whether I want to go turbo or s/c. Not sure which would be more worth the money. Trial has a supercharger kit for $8,000 which comes with intercooler, powerfc, titanium exhaust, header, and supercharger. C2 makes a turbo kit for $3,000 and I'm thinking that I can just spend the extra money I would have used for the supercharger to rebuild the internals and make it stronger. Any ideas?

I'm doing a turbo on my 04 S but thats just because its WAY cheaper... and Vortex is helping me out with the design.... but It all depends on what you want out of your ride...

I'd vote for Turbo, it'll compliment the power curve of your VVTL-i engine better than a supercharger would imo...

I'd have to say Turbo and use the rest to build ur internals, defenetly. Talk to Vortex man he lives here in CO and has a 99' boosted Corolla that hauls major ass, he has some experience with Toyotas.

LMAO!! Man I actually laughed out loud at that.

Dude. I'll have to ask Vortex bout that.

Denver Rolla, I was thinking (maybe) about doing it. When it gets done, will you post up numbers? :) I'm curious about the torque. I know it'll boost hp, but I just can't help wonder how much the torque would increase on a 1.8...
