so with the nice weather i finally decided to spend the $ and finish the car. lol Got chargepipes and an intake made, has a rough street tune, and an appointment at the dyno in 36 hrs for a full tune.

wheel offset is too low on those though so i've got a pair of supra wheels I'm mounting the Mickey Thompsons on.

I drove her around today for a few miles, runs great but didn't push it at all since its not tuned for boost yet.

The car is pending sale/trade once it's tuned. In talks of trading it plus a lil $ for a 03 cobra.

just got home from being dyno tuned. went with a safe tune and made 421whp @19psi on a dynojet. its pretty quick now.

yea stock motor other than cams. surprisingly i've got no traction issues.

why would you get a cobra when you have an MR2 like that? id rather be able to take corners quick than do a quarter mile in under 10

if any one is selling one of these mr2s in cali pls tell me i want one so bad

lol this car on racegas should be able to do the qtr in low low 10s if not 9s with the right tire.

hahahahahha this fuckin car.

went out to fuck with it this morning and noticed a bolt sitting wedged in on the side of the head/valvecover. Looked around n it came from my egr block off plate. things been on there for 4+ yrs w/o an issue and then it decided to back out. because of its location and being directly under my ic pipe i couldn't see it last night and it made it sound like it was comin straight from the head. it would vibrate against the head and faster n louder with rpm's. lol

tightened that up, GOOD TO GO!

hahaha i know! i missed out on me after i hit 21.....went wild and bulked up a ton. lol this was weird for me, being all tame n whatnot.

finally got a plot. unfortunately they sent it to me in speed so it's gonna take a while I'm sure to get another copy in rpm's. lil more fuel was added n a lil less timing for overall final tune.
needs a new coil badly, stock 135k 16 yr old 1 isn't cuttin it. lol
