    GTA San Andreas Banned?

    is there anyway to tell on the cover if you have the banned version of GTA San Andreas? i don't have a ps2 anymore and gamestop wouldn't buy the game because they said it was banned. i can't just go and put it into a PS2 to test out the "Hot Coffee" code.

    I think they all have hot coffee mode no? Thought you needed some sort of extra hackery to get into there. I have san andreas but not it's all tucked away in a closet somewhere lol.

    i am not entirely sure about the hot coffee mod. my wife went to trade everything in since the ps2 is no longer in our house and they wouldn't take it. wasn't sure if there was a number range on the package or something.

    he told my wife the banned version is rare and can be sold on ebay for more money which of course is what i will do if i can figure out if i have the banned version.

    lol... google it... I'm not sure if it's a "banned" one.. basically, the content is in the disc already and through some hackery you can unlock it. After the lawsuit, the new versions don't have that content in there.

    Rated M for Mature. I believe you have to be 18 to buy M rated games anyways.
