Should I have my muffler circumsized?

    Should I have my muffler circumsized?

    Thinking about removing the tip on my magnaflow muffler, and just leaving it without a tip, ideas?

    Aren't the tips welded on. If you cut to remove, the remaining muffler tip will be too stubby.

    yea thats what i was thinking, i thought id just have the muffler shop weld something simple on.

    like such, only not so huge xD

    I used to have a huge one, to seperate the muffler from the bumper (used to melt it)
    but since I fixed it, I didn't actually need it, until my GF family got on the car and got so low I left it somewhere in a speed bump.

    haha, what's funny is I have a exhaust tip that looks like what you want but i'm using it for a pencil holder.

    ass, lol :p i dont want an exhaust tip, im just cutting it off, but funds are short, well not really im just too cheap to pay to cut it off...
