    Decision: 10th gen jdm conversion?

Im seriously considering buying the needed parts since im already here. But if I do the conversion, the $ for the AE82 suspension will go bye bye. I do use the ae82 for school+work but i dont think its wise still putting down $ on it... HELP!

*sorry for huge images. got pix from toyota.com.ph*
    09 corolla Altis

basically here are the parts i will get for the conversion:
    rear tail light assy
    side mirrors
    side moldings (on the doors)
    front grille
and of course, the "Altis" badge

    opinions?

Actually the JDM 10th gen would be the Toyota Corolla Axio....

I don't see a noticeable difference between the domestic Corolla here and the Altis version.

then you are not very observant...

Its not really JDM but its something different from the 10th gen over there that looks good (at least for me). Kinda like a body kit that looks good...

Small differences: lights, molding, mirrors, grill. I can't see any other differences.

Yeah, exactly. At first glance, it looks the same. imo unless you convert it to an Axio, I don't see a point.

Mind posting pics pointing out the noticeable differences? I'm curious now. I just can't see them.

i guess u need to park next to a stock usdm 10th gen to see the difference. Only difference I notice is the Atlas emblem and every 9th gen+ owner and their moms stuck one of those on their tunk...
