You need to do a CD boot and repair your windows installation from the CD. If you still have the CD for whatever OS that laptop has.

There should be an option to repair windows installation after you boot from CD.

If this doesn't work, let me know.

If they're replacing the motherboard for free then that means the model that you have must have been recalled. If all they do is replace the motherboard then all of your information should still be there when you get it back since they're not touching the hard drive. Most likely they won't touch the hard drive since only the motherboard is what was recalled... I don't think they'll want to replace two parts for free. Damn this reminds me of work

Just admit it. No need to beat around the bush. You have porn on there. :) Constant restarting could mean that your hard drive has failed too. It might not be the motherboard. Just have them do a thorough check.

Does it even show the BIOS when you boot-up or does it just stay blank?

If it stays blank, not even the start up part: then the monitor is most likely dead (try shining a light at it- if you can see liquid or shadows, then backlight is dead), if it stalls before windows, your hard drive is dead or you need a fresh install... If you connect the monitor out part and something pops up, then it's the lcd- if everything is still blank- motherboard possibly

well first things first if theres stuff on there u want take the drive out and then plug it in do u have a desktop with a sata connector or an ide. back up what ever u want and then go from there. first things first what i would do if its a laptop take the battery out and unplug it and hold down the power button for 30 secs that will reset all the caps on the inside of the comp. if that still doesnt work then take the memory out one stick at a time and try to get it to boot. Does it make a beep sound when it starts? and if so is it beeping. just some things to get u started

I doubt its the hard drive. The computer would show a screen if it was just the hard drive. Sounds like a Mobo Problem to me.

If the monitor stays completely blank when you power it on, probably it's the LCD or your motherboard is fried.

Try plugging in your laptop to an external monitor/LCD and see if it displays something when you boot it up. If doesn't show anything most likely your motherboard is fried.
