    Super Heros

I'm on this forum very rarely now since I don't personally own a Toyota anymore, however I think this was one of my first forums that I actually stayed on for longer than a year so I kinda stick around.

Anyway, as many of you may not know, I teach art at a local youth arts center (kinda like a YMCA but focuses in art) and we went over who our favorite superheros are. Well like many pre-teen kids, many of the answers I heard was Superman, Batman, Spiderman, etc. Then I was asked the question. "Who is your favorite super hero right now?" I had to think about this one for a while because some of the superheros I was into as a child seems a bit lame now. However there was one. Some say his suit is made of Nano Tube technology and he his saliva has the exact same viscosity as Mobil 1's 5w30 oil. All I know is my favorite superhero at this moment in my life has to be "The Stig".

And with that in mind, I thought I'd throw out a question to everyone on the forum of who your favorite superhero is. Doesn't matter if he/she/it is foreign or domestic.

Batman from the comic...not the old movies or TV shows. the two most recent movies are the only version that's even come close to the comic.

LMAO @ Jack Bauer. I was at the gym on a treadmill last nite and VH1 was kind of making fun of him...."Jack Bauer is United States' last line of defense....god bless you Jack Bauer." hahahaha oh man.

    My favorite superhero is Batman.
He is one of the few that does not actually have a natural power. Unlike people with superpowers who had to choose to either use it for good / bad / hide it from everyone else, Batman made a conscious decision to use his wealth and health to protect others. He does all this while having his own problems like not being able to live a life with the girl he loves since childhood, his fear of bats that he overcame, people hating him (kind of like how people question if the Gates Foundation are doing more bad than good), etc.

don't quite see how he can be a 'super' hero but thats cool. I think the most common hero is Batman because of his cool gadgets and non-mutant human powers..

I think some of my heros as a child was Kamen Rider Black (Masked rider), Ultraman, Godzilla, Gundam, TMNT, Optimus Prime, and now that I think about it, a lot more. haha

i was wondering when someone was going to mention him. however, now that i'm all grown up and i understand science a lot better, watching his shows isn't that fun anymore. but the concept is still really awesome. my kids are going to watch macgyver when they are old enough. haha
