    I live in California and there is a lot of laws that have to do with C.A.R.B numbers and O.E numbers stickers making it difficult to find parts for my 98 corolla specially HEADERS. Does anyone know if anyone makes C.A.R.B legal headers ? Or header that comes with a C.A.R.B number or O.E number for my 98 corolla? Thank you

    ask around at muffler shops that also do headers, we have some around here in oregon that do but we dont have carb laws.

    No one does. There are a few headers that will fit the 8th gens, but none are CARB legal. You can forge a CARB sticker though.
