What do yoy mean by shaky - the housing moves or the lights seem to bounce up and down?

I haven't noticed anything on my 8th gen - about 150K on the clock, roads that I commute on are not perfect, some places are just gravel roads.

Could be the plastic slot in the bumper, where the tab of the fog lamp slides into has gotten eaten up? Just remove the fogs and see if any material looks obviously beat up. Could also be the bulb assembly is loose? Double check that the wire clip is still holding the bulb down and that the rubber gasket is still present.

Yes, when i drive and go over bumps my fogs shake, cause i can see the light pattern from inside the car. im not sure if its the fogs itself or the bumper housing. Is there any other reinforcing for the fogs behind the bumper, like supports? BTW its a 2000 with a 01 front conversion.

    thanks

so far i have managed to reduce the amount of flex at the fog light area. i installed a L brace to the bumper support. its improved, im gonna see if i can add more support. i think the shakyness is due to the fact that support tabs at the top are missing from 98-00 to 01-02 conversions.
