    my coworker got a ticket driving below 65mph on the freeway(slow lane)the cops told him he needs to be atleast driving 65mph on the slow lane,nothing below 65mph.

    All of the hoopla after the fact is pointless, because theres no way in knowing if its the same kid that that cop wrote a ticket for.
    There are also self incrimination laws that would protect him after the fact as well
