Polish stock steelies?

yep, im not in teh market on new rims just yet. so in the mean time, why not chrome out the stock steelies i have right lol.
im probly just polish the outside lip and paint the inside black....dont hate

any suggestions on what grit of sandpaper to use? tips?

can somebody chop this rim? wit just a polish lip

anyways, this mornin i went out for a mornin cruise as usual.
after i got back, i tried taking off the frgin hubcabs, but they wont come off wtf. i didnt wanna break it or nothin, just pry that shit and still didnt come off...

i know i know, i havent taken off hubcabs befo. so dont hate lol.
