    Awesome RC

This is one of the coolest remote control toys....i want it!!...personally if i had this, id attach a camera on it with a receiver and just relay some signals to a monitor on the ground....

    Awesome RC

btw, about a mile away from my house, a guy who owns a bunch of land turned part of it into a place where a bunch of people meet every weekend n fly their RC planes or helicopters....he built bench stands and everything for it...very neat to drive by n see..

Nice RC! I alwyas wanted an RC helicopter as a child growing up, especially this one that had a paratrooper that jumped out after reaching a certain altitude. That vid kind of reminded me of that crazy RC plane misson Zero gave you in San Andreas, lol! hard ass part.

That wasn't afterburners, probably just the engines spooling. To my knowledge, they don't have an R/C turbine with afterburners.

Anyhoo, pretty cool, I was waiting for the wings to sweep back, but they never did :( Wonder if something like that would have to be computer controlled or servo activated, would definitely be impressive.

Also, gotta wonder how much that guy spent, highest i've seen for a turbine is $20k

i kinda thought that it burned some of the nitro gas fuel for show to look like afterburners....those ppl that fly planes close to my house that i was talkin about, alot of them have nitro gas powered rc planes n helicopters with only a handful of them being battery powered...but i dont think ne of them have afterburners, lol...

Well if he rigged anything, it was probably something similar to the flame throwers they have on cars, but I honestly couldn't see that happening. He definitely didn't use nitro fuel, it burns either blue or no visible flame at all (can't remember exactly).
