    H&R Race Springs ride quality

I know that not many people have tried the H&R race springs. I've been searching forever on this spring and can't get a straight answer. I just want to know if anyone knows the ride quality of these springs. Like comparing to other springs. Would someone please let me know! Thanks

I have H&R sport springs and they ride great on stock wheels. The ride quality is maintained and it handles better. The quality of the spring itself is terrific. It is 100% made in germany and quality control is excellent. You can't go wrong with H&R as they do alot of research and development and also has a good reputation.

When comparing Race and Sport springs, how much stiffer do you think race springs are?

I think sport springs are for people who want daily driving comfort and slight lowering of the vehicle.

For race springs, it's an aggressive drop and more for show purpose. I believe the springs rates(stiffness) are about the same, but maybe race springs will be a tad stiffer.

Sure you can wait. If I'm not mistaken the H&R sports are the same drop as the TRDs and Pro-kits. You really do not have to change out your struts on a light drop like these springs provide. Just a suggestion, if you are thinking of going with the Konis ($500+) and a spring drop (~$200), you might want to spend just a tad bit more and get the Tein Basics Coilover set. It's about $800 for the set but you get your spring/shock and ride height adjustibility all together in one package.

Ok I just called one of the distributor for H&R and they said the Race springs are typically 10-15% stiffer than Sport Springs. They were not 100% sure about it though... After my purchase, I will be sure to let you guys know how it feels! Thanks for all the replies

if u want to get these springs for their performance valuae then i think u should get the koni's too. it'll improve the handling a lot. also the drop is more than what u get with the TRD's.
