Would you guys buy a 2005 GTI VR6 over a 2005 Corolla XRS

    Would you guys buy a 2005 GTI VR6 over a 2005 Corolla XRS

    For some strange reason I really want a GTI. I have owned 2 VW Scirocco's about 12 years ago. I am I just stupid or should I consider a Corolla XRS? I want a car that is a total kick in the ass to drive. :D

    The GTI's are pretty nice. My neighbor has one and with a boost controller and an ECU upgrade, you're up another 70+ hp

    ...look at it this way, the GTI has tons more aftermarket support and a serious displacement advantage if you opt for the VR6.
