ICE Idea

    ICE Idea

    After much thinking and debating I have decided to build a custom ICE for my car. My plan consists of several things.
    -New CD Reciever( thinking about going with Clarion)
    -2 12's(Rockford Fosgate, still doing calculations for power)
    -1 Rockford Fosgate Amp( Still debating on 2)
    -Custum enclosure that looks like it is apart of my trunk
    -LCD monitor where the CD deck is right now( later down the road)

    I have a 250 W Sony Xplode amp powering my 6x 9's in the back right now and am doing this as a way to improve so I can take my car to competitions. Does anyone have any idea on how much this might cost without the LCD monitor? Also any suggestions would help since this is my first car ICE. Thanks.

    Making sub boxes or things go mesh with your trunk is easy. I think someone posted the fiberglass creation in here.

    BTW all that stuff = $$$

    My budget is looking around somewhere between $1000-$2500 dollars. I know a fiiberglass englosure will cost me more in the end so i know iI might have to pay more.
