    Too bad it's california-specific; and if I remember correctly, California is among the stricter places to modify your car...

    Judging from the things that i've seen on the road around here, things like the front white/blue turn signals on the front are legal, as is not having a front license plate, and a few other things...

    Almost anything is legal here, neons, exhaust, etc etc. Only thing not legal is no front plate it seems.

    So the lights on washer nozzles are legal if they are white or yellow? That is lenient, they are completely illegal here in jersey.
