New to the forum...but not new to car audio

Just picked up my 05' Corolla last week...and it goes into the shop Friday for it's system...

My old car was a 1994 Nissan Maxima...http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/644971

That had 2 12" Alpine Type R's with a MTX 8100D Amp. 6.5 Diamond Audio Hex Components and Infinity Rear Fills--powered by the Alpine amp in the trunk.

    THE COROLLA WILL BE GETTING...

4 10" MB QUART Subs...all still being powered by the MTX 8100D...However the install will consist of Vinyl and carpet...the vinyl being the same color as my silver/pearl dash kit...oooooo it's sexy...pics will be up first couple days of August...

Like I said..new to the forum, old to the car audio game....

Nice setup and Welcome to the board

Im now currently running a MTX 1500dx on my JL 12W3V2-D2 in a prowedge box, and MTX Thunder564 4ch amp on Pioneer 6.5s and 6x9s controlled by the Kenwood X859 HU.

I like this setup, Class D amps are sweeeeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!!!! :D

yea i need some improvements on my setup. mainly ditching hte boss amp and getting i think either kicker or PG amp. probably use that boss amp for 6x9s and 6.5s. and id like an alpine head unit.

Eclipse and Phoenix Gold...hands down best amps made.
They put so much development into the cooling of their amps.

With my MB QUART subs...they gave me a FACTORY three year warranty...that's confidence.

Sound Deadening :-/ don't say that...does the corolla really rattle that much.

My Maxima barely rattled, jsut the license plate--i hope I dont need it....

Well, be ready. My back panel rattles as well as something only when the trunk is closed. One of these days when I'm not busy I'm going to go back there and start fixing crap. They only put ONE screw in one of my rear speakers...
