    Muhaha got off easy with 27mph over.

    So as many of you know, last month i posted about trying to get out of a 27mph over speeding ticket. Cause cop wrote down wrong date, car name and stuff.

    Well i went and talked to the procescuter before my court time, you got like an hour early. I talked to him, told him cops mistakes. He said look, if you wanna fight this in court you can, but if you get convicted, youll loose your license. But ill offer you traffic school and NO points. I said Deal. LoL

    Woot Woot. Believe me, last time i speed more than 5 over for a long time, cause anytime im speeding, im gonna think back to me getting lucky and probably wont be so lucky next time.

    yeah, no really. You didn't really get off, so to speak, just got a REALLY, REALLY, REALLY friendly warning. You should tape the ticket to the inside right corner of your winshield as a constant reminder. lol

    If you don't mind me asking, how much $$ does 27 over go for these days?

    I think when I get old and its close to when I'm gonna say ' fuck driving ' i'm gonna get out on the interstate and get myself clocked doin some insane amount... get arrested, blah blah... one last adventure... but hell by then i'll be ' you got busted doin mach 2 in a mach 1 zone gramps! ' hehe

    There is no fine for it, at least not here that i know of. Its either traffic school, or loose license i believe, or points and court costs. 25+ is must go to court, and on those papers cops give with paying fine and taking points, it stops at 25.

    Yup, if cop wants to he can take you to jail for 25+. And he said if i took to court and fought it, and still was found guilty, id loose my license.

    i got off for goin 57 over..... well kinda off he only gave me a ticket for goin 10 over and a citation cause my front license plate was on the dash.... it could have been cause i needed to get my girl to the hospital

    most that I speed is 5 mph over the limit and that's pushing it, I want my driving record to stay clean :D

    sure did... i was freakin out when he pulled me over....


    thats what i want too but so far 3 speeding tickets, 2 breaking traction, front license plate, failure to stop at traffic signal and 2 improper lane changes

    damn man that's crazy..... I mean I've only speed greatly but on open roads and yes I've done dumb shit but I've done it rarely.... damn that's a lot of offences lol
