Remove Side Moldings?

I am thinking of removing my side moldings, what do you guys think I should do? I know this is easy to do, but if I do it there is no going back. Anybody? thanks.

i think you should keep your side moldings man..

those are there for a really good reason. it looks sick without 'em, but knowing that you'll be in car shows and you got those blingin' chrome rims, you wouldn't want dings on your doors.

you'll have to get your whole door repaired if someone dings it at a parking lot.

i'm still bitter from the CalExpo car show. You got all the girls, damnit!!!!!! :twisted:

its the chrome...definitely the chrome... :x

aside form the cosmetics, i believe they halp dampen the door pannel, makes things quieter, both crusing and door shutting.

:x Strip that crap off. I took my "protective molding" off and it looks way better. That stuff doesn't protect the car from idiots.

it protects it to a certain degree of course but not if they're like SUVs or vans. but like if u wanna take it off, ask curtis or aaron (sweetaltis) from nc4. they shuold be able to help you cuz they took theirs off. it will somewhat make your car look bigger..or taller
