How long before considering new shocks?

I got my Tein High Tech spring coils put on my car only a couple months ago MAX, my concern is just my shocks and overall ride quality/performance. When do you think I should seriously consider buying new shocks over the stock ones I have on there now? Or how do you think I should be going about this? Coil overs / dampers? What??! :) Thanks ahead of time guys.

it all depends..how much miles do you put on your car in a month? do you corner hard a lot? hows the road conditions? ive had stechs for 10 months and the stock struts are still holding up. .thers only about 12k miles on the springs though.

Thanks, I've only been on em 2-3 months MAX so I should be fine for awhile, just checking. I'm on 17 MR7's as well.... I don't really ride it too agressively compared to people who race all the time or just race alone haha :) What set-up should I consider when the time comes though? Thanks again for the replies guys...

my car has been lowered for only a year and my struts are way gone. It's hard to notice it becuase it happens gradually and you grow used to it. After riding in a corolla on TRD springs i realized how shitty my ride quality is.
