need help on 1 year anniversary gift for girlfriend

ok, my 1 year anniversary is coming up on the third. i need ideas on what i should get her for our anniversary. i was thinking a digicam because she always wanted one.
    she has an mp3 player.
she's pretty boring when it comes to having a hobby or interest, ex: she runs alot at the gym a couple of times a day. we both work at a grocery store, she's in a deli, i'm in the kitchen. she doesn't care about cars. she doesn't have a big music preference. she's not super religious. she doesn't drink, she doesn't goto concerts.

i don't know, you can't really classify her into any catagory, so that makes things hard.
    previous gifts i got her:
dickies purse with dickies coin purse
    diamond pendant on necklace
    ring with her birthstone

this sucks, i bet she's expecting some earrings or something

Just plan a nice romantic evening...

Personally, this is what i'd do... you must know what her favorite foods are... so make her favorite salad, a french baguette (with some flavored butter, garlic maybe), make her favorite sandwich (not a plain sandwich, get fancy bread, etc...) 2 candles, and her favorite drink and water (in case she doesn't want to get drunk but still thirsty)... get a nice wicker picnic basket, and go have a candlelight picnic on the beach (theres a few nice empty beaches around here)... then go take a walk along the beach to an area you had prepared a bit earlier (with a little stereo playing sot romantic music, a blanket, candles, and massage oil) and give her a nice full body massage... and just go from there... and maybe after the dinner and before the walk... giver her a necklace, or ring, or whatever you bought her...

indeed, a night out is just fine.

i would recommend against anything expensive if you do purchase some jewelry... would hate to spend a bunch on something just to have to think about the money sunk into it if you broke up... lol (not sayin ya will, just sayin)

Rule of thumb I live by: No jewelry over $100-$150 until the engagement ring.

Don't buy anything that's going to put a big dent in your pocket.

    good point
ok, i stopped at target today. i found this cool blanket that folds up into a handle, because we goto the park sometimes and we will be watching fireworks, so a blanket will come in handy.
i also got her a "smokey bubble" machine gun. reason being, she loved my bubble machine gun...and i figured, smokey bubbles...now thats cooler. she's 19 by the way, and i'm 22. i'll have to figure out something else. she isn't demanding an expensive gift by any means, but i think she thinks i'll get her earrings or something
the bubbles picture cracks me up

Well man a romantic dinner is a must, give a massage (works like hell, mostly on an anniversary night *wink* trust me I've tried that) and well just make her feel as comfortable as possible..... and well about presents just don't buy something WAY out of line as in price range u know... hmmm roses are a must because it shows respect and love man, might be cheesy and old but girls still love that.
