"repo" means that the car is repossessed by the financial institution who issued the loan on the car because the borrower couldn't make the monthly payment.

well...because i was $6000 upside down on the car a traded in, and i only put $500 down, with ok credit i was at $450 a month for 72 months. the real problem was the $500 a month car insurance because i live in nj and have a crappy driving record.

oh man, $500 a month? That's pretty high. I'm making $378 a month for car payment and $102 a month for full coverage auto insurance. I'll be making that payment for the next 4 years. Terrible huh? I got 7.9% financing though.

I'm doing the 3 yr. payment plan with 1.9. Apparently SERG4u got in the same Toyota financing deal I got in. I pay about...$57.00 a month for full coverage. It includes gap. I guess I'm getting old or something.

1.9? That's pretty low. I use to lease a car for that APR. I don't why it always goes up on a purchase. Man, your insurance is low. Then again, I'm only in my 20's. At risk driver, that's what my insurance company call me.

it was some deal Toyota was running. the great thing, i figured out is the total interest I am paying at that rate over the three years is like...500-600 bucks, not shabby, not shabby at all.

male, and driving for less then 8 years just makes insurance expensive. of course when I was driving my MR2 at 25, full coverage was still about $100 a month. Of course that was the bare minimum coverage. Can't do that now. I got too much stuff I love.

hey the 1.9 is for all 5 years just so you know. and I'm 23 and I started driving @ 18 no tickets ( not even a parking ticket or a fix-it) and the 1.9 was when they had the "toyotathon" witch is aways if I'm not misstaken 2-3 months after newyears.

I got the 1.9% in April. If I'm not mistaken Toyota is going to run it till the end of June.

my 04 is now history also. My parents took over payments on that and I purchased an 02LE Corolla for 10K this afternoon! I'm not leaving the site though, no way.

Good News: My insurance will drop by $900/yr

It's got 38K miles on it, and the owner (some old guy) has babied it. The paint is perfect, interior, etc... Looks like a new car if I didn't look really close. He even fed it synthetic. But it only has 14" wheels and a ghetto stereo, but I can fix that. I'll take delivery tomorrow after I head to the bank.
