    Have they always made turbos or just resently?

    They've got a turbo kit out for the scions, that's all i knew of.

    Says IHI on the compressor housing of the turbo.

    Just like how HKS uses Garrett turbos with their own housings. I think Blitz uses KKK turbos, Greddy uses Mitsu turbos.
