    anyone know how to make those. i'm talkin bout vids that are .gif's. i know its an animation of hte frames but does anyone know of any program that does that and make animations, i wanna try that stuff out.

    how do you do it in image ready. say if i have a video clip and i wanna make a avatar out of it

    I use a program called Irfanview to do that. I tell it rip all frames to jpg. It creates 100's of megs of jpegs in about a second. Then I can select which ones I want out of the folder

    where do i get that at, along with Image Ready, i thought i had image ready but i dont :(

    I use animation shop for this stuff, but ive never tried too hard to convert stuff from video to gif, but im pretty sure it will work.
