    I GOT IT WORKKING!

Finally i got my system working. lol its hooked up so ghetto. I have a paperclip holding on the ground because the screw on the amp was so stripped it wouldnt tighten or come out. But it works :) it sounds great but my licence plate rattles alot still straight though. Im gonna buy some 12$ dynamat at lowes. my friend has it in his car and theres no rattling and its 12$ for 25 sq ft.

What ever it takes right? Did you replace the factory door speakers as well? And if so, how did you get around the mounting height issue? Just curious because I am going to be pulling out the factory junk here soon and ugrading myself.

It's protecting from an overload condition. What impedance driver are you using and what amp?
