Nokya "Heavy Duty" Harness not living up to its na

I ordered a nokya heavy duty light harness on ebay for like 16 bucks, thinking that afterwards I could just toss on 100w light bulbs. However, comparing the wires on these biaches next to the wires on our stock wires, they're SMALLER! Can someone tell me why our stock ones are bigger? Are they, in fact, heavier duty than the Nokya? Thanks

i actually have a pair of these for my headlights. I had the issue where my stocks kept getting burnt out from the high wattage bulbs i'd been using. Took it to the dealer, who replaced it the first time, but the second time it happened, they told me that i needed to replace the whole wiring harness, all the way to the box. Cost? $1100. I told 'em no thanks. Went out and bought the Nokya Wire Harness Upgrades, spliced and installed, took no more than 10 minutes for both headlamps. I check them periodically and have not burned out at all. I can't explain why they're smaller than stock wiring but they definitely work.
